POLLUTION:
Pollution is the mixture of detrimental materials into the environment.Pollution elements can be natural or they can be made or invented by our human activity. For example: trash or waste from factories,waste or harmful chemicals merge into rivers that harm everybody.These harmful elements damage the land,air and water.
Many things are responsible for the pollution such as:cars produce harmful gasses like (carbon monoxide) which reduces the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood.We burn coal for producing electricity from which it gives a very bad impact on the quality of the air.Many large industries produce waste which is dangerous for the living things and it gives a very bad impact on the quality of the land and water.Many pesticides(chemical poisons)were used by farmers in daily life to kill the harmful insects.It will harm our waterways and wildlife.
Every small to big organism depends on earth’s supply of air and water. If we have continued this process in the future how could it work.It will destroy our whole wild life.
From a survey we have found that urban areas are more polluted whereas the rural areas are less polluted. It might be due to technology.

~AIR POLLUTION:
We can see air pollution.When we see dark smoke coming from the exhaust of restaurants and kitchens of the dhabas and the factories.However,air pollution is visible.
Natural disasters can also,lead to an increase in air pollution.When a volcano erupts,it ejects gases into the environment.The gasses and ash which were ejected from the volcano are so powerful that they can discolor the sky for months.
Volcanic gases like(sulfur dioxide) can make the nearby soil fertile for a long period and it can kill the nearby residents living around the volcano.
From a report we found that in 1986,a toxic cloud was created naturally over lake nyos.lake sits in the crater of volcano.Though the volcano was not erupted from past few years.But it eject volcanic gases into the lake nyos.The gasess were passed through the lake and it was collected as a cloud in the sky which goes down to a lower place the slopes of the volcano or into the nearby valleys.When the toxic cloud moved around the landscapes,it will result into the killing of the birds and the organisms.
